Grass packaging consists of natural fibers that are processed in a particularly environmentally friendly way, without the use of chemical additives and water. This new type of fiber material impresses with its ecological features. The boxes are recyclable and of course meet all requirements for food packaging.

EPP foam is a real problem solver for the most demanding packaging solutions. The material can be processed well, is reusable, ultralight and absorbs hardly any moisture. The illustration shows an EPP board that can hold narrow products, for example glass panes, circuit boards and many more. The shock-absorbing effect of the material provides optimum protection during transport.

Thanks to many years of experience and a great deal of know-how, we design cost-effective and individual foam packaging for customers from a wide range of industries. For a company in the dental technology sector, for example, we have devised an inlay made of PE foam that can be easily inserted into suitcases or cabinet drawers.

Grass paper is a combination of corrugated cardboard with a high proportion of grass fibers. This new type of fiber material provides high strength and helps to make corrugated cardboard packaging solutions even more environmentally friendly. In fact, the production of these special "green" corrugated cardboard boxes consumes less water and CO2.

The ESD-protected container with foam liner can be optimally adapted to automated production processes at the customer's request. This makes the packaging combination effectively suitable for use in repetitive production processes. Thanks to the anti-static design (by means of electrically conductive plastic), sensitive electronic components can be stored and transported in the small load carrier (KLT) without any problems.

Toothed rails made of polystyrene are extremely cost-effective and disposable packaging solutions, which can always be used to reliably separate several similar products. The soft material provides the appropriate cushioning and surface protection for the products during transport. We can supply you with toothed rails made of EPS in various lengths and designs.
